Suspending a large pear-shape peridot, framed by whiplash motifs set with old-mine and rose-cut diamonds, below a diamond ribbon motif, from a rectangular-cut peridot within a navette outline of bezel-set old-cut diamonds, in silver-topped 14k gold. The bottom section is detachable, along with the pin stem.
